What happens at each stage, and the result it produced.

Week 0 · 30 minutes

Free Consultation

A 30-minute call with one of our founders. No deck. We listen, we name what we think the real problem is, and we say honestly whether we are the right people to help.

Weeks 1 to 3

Consulting

Where confidentiality allows, we run interviews, focus groups and a behavioural diagnostic. The goal is to map what actually drives the symptom, not what the brief assumes.

Weeks 4 to 7

Bespoke Build

A custom scenario built around your sector and people. Professional actors, full script, internal QA simulations before participants ever see it.

Delivery Week

Live Programme

Two to three days of live, immersive practice. Cohorts work through the scenario in conditions that approximate the real one. Senior sponsors join the debrief.

Weeks 9 to 16

Booster & Rituals

Most behaviour change dies in week 4. We design lightweight rituals (manager toolkits, 15-minute weekly check-ins) that protect the new behaviour past the curve.

06

Months 6 to 18

Measure & Scale

We re-run the diagnostic to measure delta on the behaviours we set out to move, then advise on whether the same programme should be cascaded to other parts of the organisation.

Diagnose Before Designing

The brief is rarely the real problem. We invest the first three weeks in finding what actually drives the symptom, before we design anything.

Sponsor Presence Matters

When senior sponsors join the debrief in person, adoption holds. When they delegate, it does not. We design accordingly.

Embedding Is Not Optional
