Where Science Meets Theatre
Sidestream started with a frustration. We'd both spent years watching well-meaning training programmes leave no trace. People nodded in the room and forgot by the weekend. The science said one thing, the slide deck said another, and the slide deck always won. We were tired of watching it.
So we built something different. The rigour of organisational psychology and the craft of immersive theatre, two worlds that almost never meet, in the same room.
